Faith Delaney is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and assists clients with obtaining guardianships in both states.
We help families obtain guardianship of their disabled children in the probate courts when the child turns 18, and for other families whose loved ones did not sign a health care directive before losing the ability to make health care decisions.
We also assist families in obtaining conservatorships in Massachusetts so that a trusted family member can manage an elderly or disabled person’s finances and engage in estate planning through the courts to protect assets for the elderly or disabled person, and qualify the individual for Medicaid.
